About the Role:

As a Tax Preparation Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them through the tax preparation process. Your role is critical in ensuring all necessary documentation is collected, cases progress efficiently, and clients are kept informed every step of the way.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct thorough reviews of client case information to identify required documents for tax preparation and IRS resolution package submission.
• Efficiently manage a pipeline of cases, maintaining frequent communication with clients through email and SMS to advance their cases.
• Utilize our CRM system to accurately document all client interactions and case status updates.
• Offer consistent updates to clients, maintaining transparency and minimizing confusion.
• Collaborate with various departments to address client concerns and answer questions.
• Handle sensitive and confidential IRS documents with the utmost care and understanding.
• Prioritize workloads based on case complexity and ensure adherence to company procedures.
• Conduct high volumes of inbound client calls and manage appointments effectively.

What You'll Need to Have:

• Proficiency in cloud-based phone software like Talk Desk and Logics.
• Strong communication skills and a track record of providing excellent customer service.
• A keen attention to detail and the ability to manage time and multitask effectively.
• A high school diploma or equivalent, with two years of related experience preferred.
