Tax Preparer

This is a full-time, direct placement role at David J Ewan.

Location: Knoxville or Oakwood, TN

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare federal and state tax returns for individuals, families, and small businesses
• Utilize QuickBooks (online & desktop) and other accounting software to gather financial data
• Communicate with clients to clarify tax documents and schedule over the tax season
• Collaborate with our in-office team to maintain consistent quality and compliance

• Proven experience preparing tax returns
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks (both online & desktop)
• Ability to pass background checks and maintain a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and excellent client communication skills
