What you get to do every single day
- Complete other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned
- Answer incoming client calls to facilitate tax questions and set appointments
- Produce error free data into Tax software application
- Complete and invoice for form preparation fees
- Keep in touch with clients to ensure necessary information/documents is up to date
- Arrange transaction tax returns manually utilizing various methods (Paper, E File, EDI Upload) with various government agencies- Competent with spreadsheets and databases
- Outstanding data entry skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and social skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request
- Lacerte Tax Software experience desired
- AA or BS/BA in Accounting or finance preferred
- Capable of working independently with minimal oversight
