Tax Resolution Case Manager

About the Role:

As a Case Manager at Guardian Tax, you’ll help clients navigate their tax resolution journey—without having to figure it all out alone. You’ll work side-by-side with our experienced tax professionals, in a space designed for collaboration, growth, and yes… a little fun along the way.

• Manage an active caseload and support our tax pros from start to finish
• Gather and organize client documentation
• Follow up with clients by phone and email (clear, friendly communication is key!)
• Keep cases on track and aim for about 15 resolutions per month
• Stay organized so nothing slips through the cracks

• Preferred: 4–8+ months of experience in tax relief, legal, finance, or similar case management/admin work, Bilingual in Spanish & English (not required, but a big plus!)
• Great communication skills—both written and verbal
• Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
• Coachable, organized, and ready to grow
