Tax Seniors are responsible for preparing complex tax returns, consultative client communication, strategy contribution, approving returns with results oversight, workload management, and tax staff development/coaching on projects and client service. Our Seniors work closely with Tax Analysts, Tax Project Managers and Partners to deliver excellent client care.

Responsibilities:

· Tackling complex tax issues

· Identifying strategic tax planning and other consulting opportunities

· Cultivating client relationships

· Preparing complex tax returns

· Consultative client communication

· Strategy contribution

· Approving returns with results oversight

· Workload management

· Tax staff development/coaching on projects and client service

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

• Motivated self-starter with      excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong oral and communications      skills
• Customer service focus, for both internal and external      clients
• Ability to prioritize tasks,      exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive      information.
• Must have strong skills in organization, planning and      problem-solving. Must exhibit the ability to work independently and as      part of a collaborative team.
• Must be organized and detailed oriented.
• Excellent computer skills including all MS Office      applications and Adobe Acrobat required.
• Must be technology savvy, with a demonstrated ability to      quickly learn new software.
• Proactive problem solver who anticipates the unexpected. 

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelors or Masters in Accounting or related field

· Minimum 3 years of experience with Tax preparation

· CPA or EA preferred
