Tax Specialist , working in

Monitors month-end close process and production of reconciliations
related to balance sheet and income statement accounts.
Analyzes and identifies book-to-tax differences including
wash sales, PFICs, bond bifurcation, and accretion/amortization of
discount/premium.
Documents tax and accounting policies and procedures.
Assesses and evaluates reporting processes and systems to
ensure they are efficient and effective.
Works with internal technical resources
to enhance existing processes and develop new systems as required.
Performs computations of partnership taxable income, partnership
book and tax allocations, tax estimates, Schedule K-1s and tax returns.
