HireNow Staffing is partnering with a prestigious national law firm to hire an experienced Tax, Trusts & Estates Associate for one of their offices in Florida, New Jersey, or New York. This is a rare opportunity to join a collaborative and well-respected private client group working with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and closely held businesses.

Position Highlights:

• Advise clients on complex estate planning, tax structuring, and wealth transfer strategies

• Draft wills, trusts, gift planning documents, and related agreements

• Collaborate with internal and external advisors on tax-efficient solutions

• Provide guidance on estate and trust administration, charitable planning, and fiduciary matters

• Stay current on changes in federal and state tax laws affecting trusts and estates

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Admission to the bar in Florida, New Jersey, or New York

• 4+ years of experience in tax and trusts & estates law at a reputable firm

• LL.M. in Taxation strongly preferred

• Strong technical skills, client-facing communication, and attention to detail

• A commitment to client service and high ethical standards
