You’ll be the friendly human helping customers who are using self-driving taxis. Your job is to support riders before, during, and after their ride — answering questions, solving problems, and helping in case of emergencies. You’ll also help improve the tools and processes used to support riders.
You need to be flexible. Shifts include:
Fri–Tue: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Sun–Thu: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Wed–Sun: 5:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Tue–Sat: 5:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Help riders live through chat, phone, or other channels
Solve problems and escalate bigger issues
Use special tools to assist with rides
Help test new systems and collect data
Support a culture of safety and teamwork
2+ years in customer service, retail, or any job helping customers
Great at calming upset customers and solving problems quickly
Strong speaking and writing skills
Team player who can handle change
Positive attitude and eager to learn
Willing to work different shifts, including weekends or late nights
Experience staying calm in high-stress situations
Knowledge of de-escalation techniques
Familiarity with customer support software
Some QA (quality assurance) or testing experience
