Job Description - Teacher

For one of our clients we're looking for a teacher. As a teacher, you are an enthusiastic, driven, and inspiring professional who motivates children to grow in all aspects of their development by creating a supportive, engaging, and stimulating learning environment.

Requirements

Completed IOL program or a comparable teacher training qualification
Valid teaching certification/license for primary education
Willingness to take the Ministry of Education oath/pledge (MinOWC), if required
Strong pedagogical and didactic skills (differentiation, classroom management, student guidance)
Open and reflective attitude with a willingness to pursue ongoing professional development

What will you be doing

You will teach in a warm, safe, and motivating learning environment, supporting students in their overall academic, social, and personal development. You will collaborate closely with colleagues, parents, and external partners to ensure a cohesive and supportive educational experience, while actively contributing to the development and implementation of innovative teaching methods and initiatives aimed at continuously improving the quality of education.
