Paraprofessional Job Description:

St. Thomas More School is seeking a full-time paraprofessional for the 2025-26 school year. This individual will work as part of the Student Success Team and report to the SST Coordinator. He/She will work directly with students and teachers in the regular classrooms. Paraprofessionals support the learning, language, therapy needs and social-emotional well being of students, so that they can experience inclusive education in the least restrictive environment. 

The ideal candidate must have good communication skills, have experience working with students in a school setting and be good at organizing and working on academic subjects with students. Applicants should exhibit good teamwork skills and demonstrate appropriate behavior management skills.
