Teacher's Assistant
We are a small, intimate preschool looking for a teacher's assistant to join our Learn & Grow family! We work with children from ages 2 1/2 - 5 years old who must be potty trained to attend. We pride ourselves on being overstaffed so everyone has the support they need and no one is ever spread too thin. The ideal candidate for this teacher's assistant position is responsible, enthusiastic, fun, positive and hardworking! You will need to assist with classroom duties that include, but not limited to:

• Implementing a daily curriculum


• Assisting students with daily activities


• Understanding the teacher’s routine when it comes to delivering a lesson plan


• Running the class in the event that the teacher is out of the classroom


• Maintaining a supportive, safe and clean classroom environment


• Supervising students during lunch, bathroom, nap, outdoor play etc.

Qualified candidates for the Teacher's Assistant position will have the following:

• Experience working in a school or educational setting (preferred)


• Excellent verbal communication skills


• A positive, empathetic and loving attitude

• The school is opened Monday-Friday 7:30 A.M.- 4:30 P.M.
