About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Sunshine Schools NC in Morehead City, NC. As a Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to support our educators in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for our students to thrive. Transportation included to and from facility.

Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and activities

Supervise and engage with students during classroom activities and outdoor playtime

Support students with their learning and development

Assist with classroom organization and cleanliness

Provide feedback to teachers on student progress

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Passion for early childhood education and child development
