Team Coordinator

As a Hospice Team Coordinator, you will support the clinical field team members from behind the scenes. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and a team player. Some of the tasks associated with the position are: 

• Assist the Director of Clinical Services with preparing for medical group review meetings. 

• Develop weekly schedules for health aides. 

• Answer phones and complete administrative tasks. 

• Order supplies and assist other managers in the office with various tasks. 
   

Schedule: In-office, 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday 

Experience: 

• Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred) 


• Administrative Experience: 1 year (Preferred) 

• Hospice: 1 year (Preferred) 

• Work Location: In person
