We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead to oversee a team of Account Representatives. In this role, you will lead by example, providing daily support, motivation, and real-time coaching to drive performance and deliver results. You will play a key role in employee development, feedback, and retention, as well as recruitment and staffing efforts.

• Lead and support a team to meet or exceed monthly performance goals through proactive customer outreach via phone, text, and email.


• Assess customer situations to determine ability to pay and recommend appropriate collection strategies.


• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to team members.


• Address and resolve employee and customer issues effectively.


• Monitor and manage team performance to ensure goals are met.


• Prioritize and manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


• Maintain accuracy in accounting systems by reviewing and correcting posted payments.


• Uphold company values and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.


• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or management role.


• Proven experience in conflict resolution.


• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.


• Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.


• Dependable and proactive, with a strong sense of accountability.


• Excellent communication and organizational skills.


• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
