Key Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, and supervise seasonal staff in coordination with the Clubhouse Lead.
• Ensure compliance with city policies and safety standards.
• Oversee daily operations of the clubhouse, concessions, and beverage service.
• Collaborate with the Clubhouse Lead for staffing coverage and operational support.
• Assist with inventory management and maintain stock levels.
• Support events, tournaments, and special activities throughout the complex.
• Provide excellent customer service and address patron inquiries effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all facilities.
• Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• One year of experience in food and beverage or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
