Luv Bridal is looking for a passionate and driven Team Lead to support the day-to-day operations and sales performance of our Denver showroom. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, loves working with brides, and is eager to grow into a long-term leadership role in the bridal industry.

The Team Lead plays a vital role in coaching team members, supporting sales goals, and ensuring every bride who walks through our doors feels celebrated, confident, and cared for.

What You’ll Do

As a Team Lead, you’ll combine your skills as a top-performing stylist with hands-on leadership responsibilities. Your key responsibilities include:

• Delivering a 5-star bridal styling experience with professionalism, warmth, and intention


• Mentoring and supporting stylists during appointments, throughout the sales process, and in day-to-day responsibilities


• Leading by example through strong personal sales performance and goal achievement


• Assisting with onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching of team members


• Helping manage showroom flow and contributing to smooth, efficient operations


• Supporting inventory management, merchandising, and client ordering


• Partnering with the Showroom Manager on daily priorities, sales goals, and team development


• Handling escalated customer situations with empathy and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of bridal, fashion, or luxury retail experience


• 1–2+ years of leadership, mentorship, or training experience (key holder, lead stylist, etc.)


• A proven ability to exceed sales goals and support team KPIs


• A passion for bridal and delivering a personalized, emotional customer experience


• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills


• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and peak bridal seasons


• Calm under pressure, organized, and proactive in supporting showroom needs
