Team Lead

We are hiring a Line Lead for a manufacturing opportunity in Beaver Dam, WI. In this role, you’ll help oversee daily work on an assembly line, guide and train team members, and make sure production stays on track while meeting quality and safety standards. We’re looking for someone who can communicate clearly, solve problems as they come up, and help keep the team organized throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and direct assembly line workers, ensuring each member is aware of their duties and responsibilities.


• Ensuring smooth and efficient operations by monitoring production processes, identifying any issues, and implementing solutions to maintain a steady flow of production.


• Quality control and assurance: verify that products meet quality standards, inspect pack-out, and address any quality issues.


• They ensure all team members follow safety regulations and company policies, and address any potential hazards.


• Track production progress, motivate team members to meet targets, and communicate production schedules.


• Train new workers on their stations in the assembly line.


• Ensure adequate supplies are available for the production line and replenish them as needed.


• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to the production line, such as updating records and noting issues.


• Communicate with various teams, including maintenance and process engineering, to ensure smooth operations.
