Team Lead (3rd Shift Fab VS1)

Coordinate and prioritize daily activities to support area requirements. Facilitate all appropriate duties during the absence of the supervisor. Improve work processes by problem-solving alongside the fabrication team Ensure fabrication team members follows all safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment and safe, efficient operation of equipment Ensure visual boards are continuously maintained Assist operations in quickly responding to business challenges, including changes, material shortages, and/or manpower challenges Provide training and production-related guidance to employees in their area Ensure the next shift is setup to achieve their daily goals by coming in before the start of shift, or staying past shift end time, as needed Provide direction to employees regarding daily job assignments; Manage constraints/prioritize work activities and redirect as needed. Must have a High School Diploma, or GED from an accredited institution Must have a minimum of one (1) year leadership experience in a manufacturing environment No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within 50 miles of the work location will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
