This is a commission-only position. The average full-time fully ramped Team Lead earns $120k-200k+ per year.. There is no cap on earnings.

We'd Love to Hear From You if You Have:

An active and unrestricted Georgia real estate license and are located in Atlanta, GA3+ years of experience as a licensed real estate agent2+ years of experience managing or mentoring real estate agentsA proven ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting or exceeding production targetsDemonstrated ability to effectively coach a team, develop skills, and produce resultsStrong communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues - both written and oral
