Team Lead, Estimating

Piper Companies is looking for an Team Lead, Estimating to join an IT services and consulting company. This is a FULL TIME job and hybrid with 3 days onsite per week in Glen Burnie, MD or Chantilly, VA..




Essential Duties of the Team Lead, Estimating:

Responsible for the day-to-day management and supervision of a team of estimators. This includes assigning and monitoring work, providing feedback and coaching, and ensuring that projects are completed on time.
Estimate projects on your own as well to assist in maintaining a manageable workload across the team.
Meet with vendors/prospective vendors to help evaluate products.



Qualifications of the Team Lead, Estimating:

5+ years of experience in AV Support, System Engineering, or another similar role.
Strong understanding of AV system integration.
US citizenship
Experienced with Bluebeam and MS Office proficiency.




Compensation for the Team Lead, Estimating:

$110,000 – $130,000 (based on experience)
