Job Title: Production Team Lead
Pay: $18/hr
Shift: 7AM - 7PM on a rotating schedule. Will explain it to you in further detail once we speak.

Job Description:
As a Production Team Lead, you'll report to the On-site Talent Acquisition Manager, ensuring prompt attendance of all associates on the production floor. Your key responsibilities include promptly notifying the manager of any tardiness or absences, overseeing production training, managing breaks, and ensuring adherence to GMP guidelines and safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the manager to address safety, GMP, and training issues.
- Act as a mentor to contractors, providing comprehensive training on production tasks.
- Maintain exemplary standards of job performance, attendance, and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in the work area.
- Keep the manager informed about warehouse conditions, including downtime, injuries, and contractor concerns.

Requirements:
- Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility with schedule, including willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and ability to work effectively under pressure to achieve work goals.
