Job Description - Team Lead in Clinic

Job Summary
The Team Leads play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of ABA services by providing guidance, oversight, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This position bridges direct client care and operational responsibilities, ensuring high-quality service delivery while fostering the professional growth of the behavior technician team. The LBT takes a hands-on role in supervising RBTs, coordinating schedules, maintaining the environment, and helping behavior technicians pursue and achieve RBT certification.

Compensation
This position is hourly $20.50-$23.50

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.
Plan and facilitate group activities in the clinic as well as in the community.
Organize and manage transportation routes for client pickups and drop-offs, ensuring timely and safe transport.
Provide operational support as directed by behavior analyst
Guide behavior technicians through the process of becoming RBT certified, including:
- Act as a resource for RBTs, answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing professional development opportunities.
- Supporting preparation for the RBT exam.
- Assisting with completing necessary training hours and competency assessments.
Coordinate RBT schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all client sessions.

Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and support staff effectively.
Reliable transportation and flexibility to work in both clinic and in-home environments.
All required trainings must be completed
