Job Description - Team Lead (.NET/Cloud Infrastructure)




Our Client, an IT services firm specializing in cloud infrastructure, is hiring their next Team Lead. 







This role requires someone who has established themselves as a technical expert in the arena’s of .Net, SQL, Angular, Bootstrap, React, or



other front end tools in either a development or lead developer capacity and is looking to advance their career into Team Leadership or Management. Team Lead will be responsible for being the daily manager of the team that is being trained through a customized curriculum established to create a baseline of skills that include:







a) .NET



b) SQL



c) Azure



d) Dale Carnegie Leadership Training



e) Agile Methods



f) Insurance Industry Basics







Once the team has its requisite baseline training complete, the Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing DevOps, software/application development, and testing functions carried out by this team, in efforts to assist in onsite cloud migration efforts.


Requirements



Skills and Qualifications:




  • Experience with deployment and management of various cloud environments within Insurance industry vertical highly desired

  • Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure Cloud Architect Certification (or equivalent experience)

  • Hands-on experience with Google Apps, Amazon Web Services (AWS), ServiceNow, and/or Microsoft Azure.

  • Experience with continuous integration/DevOps, as well as team development approaches and implementations.
