Stay Group is an innovative Marketing company with a mission to help businesses acquire their target customers and create top-tier solutions in the iGaming and entertainment industry. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Affiliate Marketing Team Lead. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our brand exposure and establishing long-lasting relationships with our affiliate partners.



Requirements

Minimum 3-4 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager.

Minimum 1 year of experience as Team Lead.

Deep understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices, particularly in the IGaming sector.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making, with experience using affiliate tracking and reporting tools.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and achieving business goals.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.

Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower team members to achieve their full potential.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of affiliate marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.

Identify and cultivate relationships with key affiliate partners, negotiating and optimizing agreements to maximize mutual benefits.

Analyze affiliate performance metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and finance teams to align affiliate initiatives with overall business objectives.

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.

Continuously evaluate and improve affiliate program processes, tools, and resources to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Monitor and ensure compliance with affiliate marketing guidelines, regulations, and best practices.

Participate in conferences and industry events to build a partner network.
