What You'll Do:
Under direction, the Vehicle Operations Team Lead’s key responsibilities are to oversee, monitor, coordinate Vehicle Operations Specialist (VOS) team members to support and achieve organizational goals for productivity, timeliness and quality. The Lead is also responsible for overseeing the daily workflow while ensuring accuracy and turnaround time, compiling daily reports outlining volume, productivity, and priorities. The Vehicle Operations Team Lead will work directly with the Vehicle Operations Fulfillment Manager regarding training and coaching team members on customer fulfillment, and will assist in managing communication and the delivery of services to key Vehicle customers. Tracking and reporting of daily accountabilities and KPIs will be a primary responsibility, as well as recommending process improvements and efficiency accelerators.
This is a fully onsite position based in Fishers, Indiana, United States.

The salary range for this position is approximately $49,000-$51,000 annually. This range reflects our good faith estimate to pay fairly as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate’s experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.
