Team Lead Pharmacy Database and Auditing

Overview:
Lead Pharmacy Analytics Team assigned to support

the Pharmacy Database and auditing. Monitor and assign daily tasks based on priority, dues dates and analysts workload. Ensure accuracy and timely execution of database projects and audit deliverables. Support analysts team with coaching, mentoring, and training needs.

What You'll Do:
Training and coaching of direct reports.
SME and primary technical resource for analyst team.
Manage daily assignments and workload.
Manage completion and delivery of database tasks and projects, via Squish.
Oversee the audit process for all PBM vendors.
Ensure the timely delivery of scheduled audit reports.
Implement new services, processes, and best practices.
Identify and adjust workflow as needed for efficiency.
Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:
Bachelors degree or relevant professional experience.
Minimum of nine (9) years experience as an analyst in the Healthcare or Pharmacy Benefit Management industry required.
Demonstrated experience auditing pharmacy contracts.
Ability to manage projects and multiple priorities with acute attention to detail.
Advanced Excel Skills: ability to do pivot tables and advanced excel formulas.
Excellent analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication.
Detail oriented and results driven.
Build relationships and create a sense of trust and reliability with internal and external customers.

Compensation:

The target salary range for this position is $110,000.00 to $117,000.00 (US Dollar) annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicants education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicants geographic location. Hybrid work environment flexibility.
