Team Lead/ WEEKLY PAY

National Star Services is a 27-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of a Dock Lead for our location in Houston, TX with previous leadership and warehouse experience.

**This is a temp-to-hire position depending on the candidate’s performance.**

Duties include: Leading and coordinating the crew responsible for unloading, sorting, and organizing boxes. Ensure all tasks are performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards, while maintaining a steady workflow. As well as communicating daily progress and updates to supervisors to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.

Schedule: Monday - Friday
From 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM
(Must be flexible to work weekends when needed)

Starting pay: $15.00 HR/ WEEKLY PAY!

Requirements:

• Per our client’s request, Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required for this role.
• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the US.
• Two valid forms of IDs.
• Steel-toe boots (required for safety).
• Own transportation to commute.
• Must have experience in leadership or warehouse roles.
• A Background check and Drug test will be conducted.
• Must be comfortable with heavy lifting.
