Job Description

We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Team Leader to oversee and guide a team of professionals in our Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring daily operations run smoothly, meeting performance targets, and fostering a culture of motivation and accountability. This role is crucial to driving team performance and contributing to company success.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, support, and motivate team members to meet and exceed goals

• Monitor daily operations and ensure high-quality output

• Provide training, feedback, and coaching to improve individual and team performance

• Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations

• Collaborate with upper management to develop strategies for team growth and process improvement

• Handle conflict resolution and problem-solving within the team

• Track performance metrics and report results to leadership

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role (minimum 2 years)

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment

• High level of professionalism and decision-making ability

• Comfortable using performance management tools and data analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred
