• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a team leader or similar position.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate team members.
• Ability to solve problems efficiently and make decisions under pressure.
• Proficient in using various software tools and applications relevant to team management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
