We are seeking a highly driven, experienced leader to join our team at a high-volume Chick-fil-A Drive-Thru Only location. This role will begin as a Front of House (FOH) Team Lead with a clear growth path into a FOH/BOH Director position for the right candidate.

• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Strong ability to lead, coach, and develop team members
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain a positive, solutions-focused mindset
• High level of accountability, professionalism, and attention to detail

Requirements:

• Full-time availability with flexible/open scheduling (including early mornings, evenings, and weekends)
• Reliable transportation (must have your own vehicle)
• Experience in both Front of House and Back of House operations is strongly preferred
• Must be results-driven with a strong work ethic

Responsibilities Include:

• Leading and managing daily drive-thru operations
• Coaching team members on speed, accuracy, and guest experience
• Ensuring operational excellence and adherence to brand standards
• Supporting hiring, training, and development of team members
• Preparing for advancement into a Director-level leadership role

This is not an entry-level position. Only candidates with relevant leadership experience and a desire to grow into senior management should apply.
