Team Leader, Assembly (2nd Shift)

Who We Want:

Attains team's goals by working collaboratively with Supervisors and Team Members to drive continuous improvement. Works collaboratively with Supervisors and Team Members to ensure quality concerns are identified and escalated according to the company's quality process, ensuring highest quality products are delivered to internal and external customers. Consistently acts and behaves in a manner that supports a team-focused organization, effectively working to manage safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale.

When and Where:

This position is for 2ndt shift /2:30PM - 11:00PM Mon-Fri, located at our Richmond, KY location. 

What You Need to Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).


• Must be able to understand and follow written and verbal workplace instructions.


• Minimum 3 year manufacturing experience (required).


• Must be 18 years of age or older.


• Able to stand for 8-10 hours a day and be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.


• One year of experience working at Challenge Manufacturing or one-year leadership experience (preferred).


• Machine operation and/or material handling equipment experience (preferred).
