Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
- Organize team with excellent follow-through
- Create shift lineups to organize staff placement during shifts
- Proactively run breaks
- Count drawers at the end of the shift
- Manage labor effectively to hit established goals
- Maintain a safe and fun work environment
- Provide documentation of employee disciplines when applicable
- Run transition between dayparts (Morning and night shift)
- Attend and contributes in Team Leader meetings
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest experience
- Complete all relevant checklists
- Professionally handling CARES calls and customer complaints in the restaurant Execute daily tasks with excellent follow through
- Facilitating daily cleaning tasks
- Ensure the phone is being answered while on shift
- Troubleshoot operational issues (connecting card swipes, reconnecting cords on a KPS, etc.)
- Ensure restrooms and parking lot remain immaculately clean throughout the day part
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Availability (opening and or closing the restaurant)
- Assertive while showing wise decision-making under pressure
- Proper time management throughout a shift

- Take charge and ownership of the restaurant
- Motivate the team to uphold the standards of the restaurant

- Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
