Team Leader - DBA

• 7–10 years of experience as a Database Administrator, with at least 3+ years on cloud data platforms.
• Hands on administration of Snowflake and Databricks environments.
• Strong experience with Terraform and Ansible for automation and infrastructure as code.
• Solid Linux/Unix system administration background.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for scripting and operational automation.
• Experience on Azure based data and compute services.
• Familiarity with CDC, streaming, and supporting medallion style data architectures.
• Exposure to cost management and optimization of cloud data platforms.
• Experience working in regulated environments with strong security and compliance requirements.
Nice to Have
• Direct experience supporting Teradata migrations to Snowflake/Databricks.
• Experience with additional automation/orchestration tools e.g., Airflow, Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of containerization/Kubernetes for related platform components.
