Team Leader - Enhancements

The Team Leader is responsible for timely and quality completion of tasks assigned to the crew so clients are beyond satisfied with the work we do. 

To fill this role, we are looking for driven, creative individuals. With the primary focus of renovating and revitalizing existing landscapes, our enhancement team completes a variety of tasks from light masonry to plant installation and general maintenance. It’s an excellent place for those who are looking for variety in their workday, a supportive team environment, and a company that wants to help them grow their career.

Members of our enhancement team will have the opportunity to work on some of the most beautiful properties in Northern Michigan, completing smaller scale projects ranging from building retaining walls and planting flower beds to laying sod, repairing patios, and more. Enhancement projects take approximately 1-3 days to complete, giving team members ample opportunity to try new things and see new locations. Applicants must be able to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting over fifty pounds and working long hours outside, as well as adapting easily to changes in schedules. On-the-job training is provided, as well as incentives for certifications and past experience.
