Team Leader for Print & Sign Production

Job Summary:
This candidate will provide leadership for the production team and perform various production operations that could range from digital printing, large format printing, bindery operations, laminating, mail insertion and more.

Responsibilities:
• Assure team executes scheduled orders on-time and at first quality
• Operate printing, large format, cutting and binding equipment
• Assure orders are produced per the production schedule
• Assure products are of good quality
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:
• Experience providing leadership and direction to work teams
• Knowledge of print production and equipment is preferred
• Mechanical aptitude
• Strong work ethic 
• Self-Motived 
• Good Team Player 
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
