Team Leader in Training

Starting at $17/hr + performance bonuses.

We’re looking for a high-performing Shift Lead or Trainer who already runs strong shifts and wants more responsibility, faster growth, and real ownership.

This is not an “assistant manager” role for someone who just wants a title.

What You’ll Lead:

• Daily shift operations and teamwork coordination (FOH and BOH)

• Hands-on coaching of team members

• Upholding hospitality and food quality standards

• Creating a positive, encouraging, highly efficient work environment

• Supporting leadership in training, communication, and workflow execution
