Team Leader - Mowing

The Team Leader is responsible for timely and quality completion of tasks assigned to the crew so clients are beyond satisfied with the work we do. Daily management and guidance of one to three team members is common on-site.

To fill this role, we are looking for hardworking individuals that have a high attention to detail. Daily tasks will include mowing Northern Michigan's most beautiful properties, trimming, edging, and more. It’s an excellent place for those who are looking for a variety of views in their workday, a supportive team environment, and a company that wants to help them grow their career. Applicants must be able to handle the physical demands of the job, be willing to work long hours outside, as well as adapt easily to changes in schedules. On-the-job training is provided, as well as incentives for certifications and past experience.
