AriensCo is seeking a driven Team Leader, Sr. Maintenance Technician at our Brillion, WI location to keep our operations running at peak performance. In this role, you’ll lead hands-on repair and preventative maintenance efforts across both electrical and mechanical systems—playing a critical part in ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.
Pay: Starts at $31/hour + $2.00 Shift Premium & $2,000 sign on bonus
Schedule & Shift: Monday - Thursday (4 days x 10 hours); core hours 2:30PM-12:30AM
THE DAY TO DAY...
Lead and support assigned maintenance team members during 2nd shift operations
Coordinate daily maintenance activities and priorities to support production needs
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with plant safety
Document work orders, PMs, and corrective actions accurately in the CMMS
Accurately carry out and assist in the development of preventative maintenance procedures
Support and develop downtime reduction initiatives
THE QUALIFICATIONS...
A minimum of 5 years Industrial Maintenance experience required
Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing various types of Industrial equipment
Experience with CMMS systems for work orders, PMs, and documentation
Proficient in mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, bearings, and conveyors
Working knowledge of PLC- controlled equipment
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, including motors, VFDs, sensors, relays, and control circuits
WORK ENVIRONMENT...
Ability to stand and/or walk for 10+ hours a day
Must be able to use hands to position parts in place
Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 lbs
Ability to operate Industrial powered equipment including forklifts, aerial lifts, and rigging equipment
Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment
