Job Description

Signal Tru Brand is currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Team Leader Trainee to join our growing team in Madison, WI. This is an entry-level leadership development role designed to prepare individuals for future managerial positions within the company. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership potential, problem-solving skills, and the ability to support and guide team members toward achieving performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leading and supporting a team of associates

• Coordinate daily tasks and monitor team performance

• Provide feedback and coaching to team members

• Help develop training materials and implement new procedures

• Collaborate with management to establish team goals and strategies

• Monitor operational effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)

• Previous experience in a leadership or customer-facing role is a plus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
