We are seeking a motivated and driven Team Leader Trainee to join our operations team in Riverside, CA. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to develop leadership skills and grow into a supervisory position within our organization. The Team Leader Trainee will work closely with experienced leaders to learn day-to-day operations, team coordination, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity
