Responsibilities

• Assist senior leaders in coordinating daily team operations

• Monitor team performance metrics and contribute to performance improvement strategies

• Support onboarding and training of new team members

• Participate in leadership development workshops and management training sessions

• Contribute to planning meetings and strategic discussions

• Provide direct support to team members to maintain productivity and morale
