Were looking for a fluent Czech and English speaker to step into a Team Leader position on a high-impact Trust & Safety team. This role goes beyond operations its about guiding a team responsible for safeguarding online spaces, ensuring community standards, and making the internet a better place.

Your Role:

• Lead a team of content reviewers and policy enforcers ensuring safety, compliance, and quality across digital platforms

• Coach, support, and develop team members in a performance-driven yet empathetic environment

• Handle sensitive and complex escalations, maintaining discretion and fairness

• Spot trends, optimize workflows, and improve quality benchmarks

• Partner with internal departments: policy, QA, training, and operations for continuous improvement

What You Bring:

• Czech fluency (C1/C2) and strong English communication (B2+)

• Prior experience in content moderation, compliance, digital operations, or a related area

• Confident leadership skills, especially under pressure or when handling sensitive content

• High emotional intelligence and the ability to keep your team focused, motivated, and resilient
