• Leading and developing front-of-house or kitchen team members
• Delivering world-class customer service and hospitality
• Ensuring smooth, efficient operations during your shifts
• Promoting a positive, respectful, and energetic work culture
• Assisting with training, scheduling, and quality control
• Supporting senior management with daily restaurant goals
