Job Description - Team Leaders

Compensation: KES 25,000 Retainer + Commissions

Key Responsibilities

â¢ Supervise and coordinate the activities of field sales activators.

â¢ Ensure activators achieve daily recruitment and conversion targets.

â¢ Track activator performance and submit daily and weekly reports.

â¢ Coordinate closely with Homeland Salesforce management on project execution.

Requirements

â¢ Prior experience managing field sales or activation teams

â¢ Strong leadership and reporting capabilities

â¢ Experience in FMCG route-to-market or merchant acquisition is an added advantage
