JOB TITLE:   Team Member 

CLASSIFICATION:  Non-management position, Houry (non-exempt) 

IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR:  Shift depending manager(s), Founder, CEO, and Chief Officer (Nick Edgar), Interim Director of HR (Cal Fellows)

Tasks include but not limited to:

- Taking orders using POS system

- Making orders with accuracy and speed

- Keeping work area and seating area clean

- Friendly/can-do attitude

- Excellent Customer Service skills—willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customers’ expectations

- Have a desire to make a difference in the communities we serve

SUPERVISION OF OTHERS:

Hourly Range: Competitive pay based on experience and education  

*A successful candidate with a solid customer service/customer-facing background or related field of education will be prioritized.*
