The Role

As a Team Member at The Bagel Hole, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience every single day by greeting every guest with energy, positivity, and genuine hospitality, taking orders accurately and efficiently, preparing food and beverages to our high standards, maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace, working as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly, upholding food safety and sanitation standards at all times, and representing our brand with pride in every interaction.

We’re looking for individuals who align with our values and bring the right attitude each day—people with a positive, team-first mindset, a strong work ethic, reliability, the ability to move with urgency in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and a genuine desire to serve others, learn, grow, and be coached.

Compensation

We offer Team Members (18+) a guaranteed $15/hour, combining base pay plus tips - if tips fall short, we cover the difference, and if you go over, you keep every dollar - while team members ages 16–17 earn $13.50/hour guaranteed due to DOL limited role responsibilities and regulations.
