Responsibilities

As a Team Member, you are the heartbeat of Leaf & Grain. You drive the guest experience from the moment someone walks through our doors to the moment they dig into their meal. Your day will be dynamic—from mastering and executing high-quality scratch ingredient prep to bringing amazing energy to the line as you build a guest's bowl with a smile. Ultimately, you are the gatekeeper of our quality and hospitality. Bring a positive attitude, and let's serve up something great together!

Promotion Opportunities

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand up for long periods of time
• Ability to move around- bending, squatting, chopping, etc
