Team Member (Carl's Jr)

Carl’s Jr. is looking for friendly, energetic Team Members to join our fast-paced restaurant team! As a Team Member, you’ll help deliver great-tasting food and exceptional customer service while working in a fun, team-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide fast, friendly, and accurate service
• Take customer orders and process payments using the POS system
• Prepare food items according to Carl’s Jr. standards and recipes
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and accuracy meet company expectations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently (grills, fryers, etc.)
• Assist with stocking, inventory, and restocking supplies as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members to keep service running smoothly during peak hours
• Support opening, closing, and shift cleaning duties as assigned

• No experience required — training provided
• Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and cash handling skills preferred
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred
