Our Team Members help create the excitement Launch is known for - from welcoming families at check-in, to keeping attractions safe, to serving snacks in Krave Café, and helping kids celebrate epic birthday parties. What We're Looking For

We're searching for people who bring great energy and a team-first attitude.

• Friendly, outgoing personality


• Strong communication and guest service skills


• Reliable and punctual


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment


• Enjoy working with kids, families, and groups


• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs


• Willing to learn and take direction from leadership

Experience in food service, retail, or hosting events is helpful, but not required.
