Team Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Team Supervisor to oversee daily team operations, ensure smooth workflow, and maintain high standards of customer service and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the team.


• Allocate tasks and monitor team performance.


• Ensure operational procedures and service standards are followed.


• Train, guide, and support team members.


• Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues.


• Monitor attendance, discipline, and staff productivity.


• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and workplace standards.


• Prepare daily reports and communicate updates to management.


• Support inventory and stock management when required.


• Ensure smooth opening, closing, and day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team-leading role.


• Experience in F&B, café, restaurant, beverage, or retail operations is preferred.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Good leadership and problem-solving abilities.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
